Do you want to make a difference in the lives of the next generations of water polo players in the Central Valley while simultaneously earning volunteer hours and having a great time? Then the V’NITED Junior Coaching Program is for you!
What is involved in being a Junior Coach?
· Junior water polo coaching focuses on developing foundational skills and fostering a love for the sport in young athletes by emphasizing fun and development. Junior Coaches guide players through basic techniques, game understanding, and good sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience.
What is the time commitment?
· It’s up to you to determine your schedule. As a student athlete, academics come first, but feel free to donate as much time as your schedule allows.
Will I be paid?
· Nope, this is a volunteer opportunity that will enable you to become a leader in your community and an ambassador for water polo while earning volunteer service hours for high school and/or college.
What do I get out of this opportunity?
