Coach Felsted, a 3-time water polo NCAA champion from UC Berkeley and recipient of the Ted Newland coaching award, has been coaching age-group to collegiate water polo since 1991.  

Coach Jack Felsted was a 2015 California 2nd team All American and led Golden West High School to capture the Central Section Division I Championship. He was honored as the West Yosemite League’s most valuable player after scoring 91 goals in 21 games. He was also name Fresno Bee Player of the year during his senior season. His water polo career continued in junior college while playing two seasons at Cuesta Community College. As the 2019 Western State Conference Player of the Year, he anchored the Cuesta Men’s Water Polo’s offense that season and was a finalist for CCCAA State Player of the Year. He led the Cougars to a Western State Conference title, their 41st straight playoff berth and, within a goal of their first CCCAA State Finals appearance since 2007. He was the 24th Cuesta player to be named the Western State Conference Player of the Year over the past 41 seasons, while also being named to the 2019 CCCAA All State.
